						This year’s Care Food Pavilion is themed around the imaginative concept of “Care Food Wonderland”, transforming the exhibition space into an interactive environment that integrates dysphagia-friendly dietary solutions, innovative technology, and public education. Through multiple themed zones, the Pavilion focuses on the dietary needs of people with swallowing difficulties, with opportunities for food tasting, while also showcasing the diverse development of the silver economy and the latest achievements and future vision of the Care Food ecosystem in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
Themed Zones
•	Care Food Restaurant Zone
Featuring over ten “Care Food Seed Restaurants”, this zone highlights the achievements of HKCSS’s Care Food Restaurant Programme. Visitors can enjoy signature dishes specially designed by participating restaurants and experience how the Care Food concept connects with the expanding silver consumer market, promoting an age-friendly dining culture.
•	 Product & Service Booth Zone
Bringing together over 15 exhibitors from both commercial sectors and NGOs, this area showcases a wide variety of Care Food products and services. Visitors can interact with suppliers, sample Care Food on-site, and gain a deeper understanding of how Care Food enhances eating safety, nutrition, and dining enjoyment.
•	Academic & Partner Booth Zone
Local universities, professional organizations, and industry partners will showcase their latest research findings, innovative applications, and pilot projects related to Care Food, bridging academic knowledge and real-world practice to foster cross-sector collaboration.
•	Future Intelligence Zone
This forward-looking area explores the future directions of Care Food development, including innovative sales and distribution models, allowing visitors to glimpse the emerging possibilities of the evolving Care Food ecosystem.
•	Cooking Demonstration & Education Zone
Professional chefs and academic experts will conduct live cooking demonstrations, food texture testing sessions, and nutrition talks, enhancing public knowledge on safe food preparation, nutrition, and swallowing care.
•	Swallowing Difficulty Nutrition Zone
This zone presents professional information related to nutrition and swallowing difficulties, supporting caregivers, professionals, and the general public in gaining a more comprehensive understanding of effective care strategies.
Interactive Highlights
The Pavilion features large claw machine installations, capsule toy machines, and vending machines, combined with game missions and souvenir redemption activities. These playful interactive elements encourage visitors to explore Care Food knowledge and real purchasing experiences in a fun and memorable way, enhancing engagement and visitor experience.
