The Clock Drawing Test (CDT) conventionally uses pen and paper to screen or test for dementia. The participant is asked to draw a clock that shows a specific time. We have developed a mobile app that digitalize the CDT, with added questions to support better screening. The mobile app consists of four parts – clock drawing, distraction, time recall and clockface recall. After the participant completes the test on a smart device, he/she will also be presented with the test results. The digitalization and enhancement of the CDT into the Clock Drawing Test App offers an automated means of scalable cognitive assessment.
